Finished surface-prep on a smallish, round plastic sign I found on Mt. Hood. The painting may not be finished until next month – which means I’ve finished 16 paintings during 2016.

Walked on snow to get to powerlifting. The view was worth the trek there but thank you @mel_oddbarbell and @ryanstills_powerlifter for the ride home 🤍
I kept seeing stories on my neighborhood app about coyotes eating cats in this city, so my mind went to the worst scenario when he disappeared for two nights. Either that or a car or the freezing weather. It was very heartbreaking for me to imagine him being in any kind of pain or meeting his demise in such a terrible way.
